This year, because of the rains in Seville region, the season was very short and I only bought the oranges at their peak, approximately over a three week period. As a result there are not as many jars this year! I also made a darker, vintage style tawny version for the Old School Crew (of which I am secretly a founder member ;)
When they are gone, they are gone people!
